Glad to find this I'm so happy I came across this. I was sceptical if this would actually hold well in cooking/baking. I got this to substitute maida for my pancakes. And to my surprise this turned out like heaven. The banana flavour was amazing.

Damn Good Would have purchased easily 5-6 packs of this. Extremely good alternative for gluten-free cooking. I also use it to get fluffy banana pancakes. Love it.
